Hi, I’m Gavin, The owner and founder of Funky Sol Coffee. This has been in the making for a long time and I’m excited to have officially launched!

Funky Sol is a 70’s themed mobile coffee bar in a specially renovated 1975 Airstream. My dream is to create a fun and unique coffee shop experience that inspires you to reach your dreams.

Taking on the airstream renovation has been full of countless learning lessons and I’m proud to share the hard work that was put in with the world!
